  • The Montepulciano D'Abruzzo D.O.C. BIO Terre dei Vestini San Zopito is a wine that comes from a late harvest of the grapes and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. In the glass it can go unnoticed for its scents ranging from spices, licorice and the whole range of balsamic, including sage and rosemary.
    Even in the mouth it emerges over other Montepulciano for incredible and absolute softness and roundness.

    Gently de-stemmed grapes are fermented for a long time (30-40 days) in contact with the skins. During the winter the malo lactic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, 18 ° C, then it begins the long period of aging of wine.

    12/16 months aging in barriques.

    Red garnet very intense, consistent.

    Intense, a wide range of sweet scents of wild black cherry, plum, blackberry, currant, violet, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, licorice, pepper with balsamic end of menthol and rosemary.

    Warm, soft, savory and lingering, very good correspondence with the aromas at the nose, balanced, harmonious and fine, excellent taste and long evolution.
