Alcoholic fermentation on the skins, carried out by natural yeasts, in stainless steel. Shortly after, malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously, carried out by the lactic acid bacteria naturally present in the wine.
VISUAL: Deep ruby-purple red, with violet reflections, full-bodied.
OLFACTORY: Intense, persistent, and refined, with vibrant and pleasant aromas of freshly ripened blackberry, black cherry, blackcurrant, and floral notes of violet.
Warm, dry, savory, with a slight roughness that recalls traditional flavors, well-balanced and persistent. Pairs well with pasta dishes with sauce, red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
