Cooling of whole grapes for 48 hours at 7°C, followed by cold static decantation of the free-run must for 24 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 14°C in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then stored, organically clarified, and filtered with plate filters just before bottling.
VISUAL: Cherry-colored, with red onion skin tones and delicate pink reflections.
OLFACTORY: Intense, moderately persistent, refined, and delicate, with floral notes blending harmoniously with fresh fruit aromas such as cherry, strawberry, and mango.
Dry, moderately warm, and fairly fresh, with a good structure and notes of cherry, strawberry, yellow plum, and mango, accompanied by a delicate acidity.
Savory, with long persistence, well-balanced, and harmonious.
