Short fermentation with skins and gentle daily punch-downs. During winter, malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
The Montepulciano ages in wooden barrels for approximately 9 months, while the remaining part matures in stainless steel.
Afterward, the wine ages for over 1 year in the bottle before release.
VISUAL: Intense ruby red, full-bodied.
OLFACTORY: Intense, persistent, and refined, with notes of black cherry jam, plum, blackcurrant, and black elderberry, complemented by fragrant spicy hints of aromatic herbs.
Warm, smooth, and savory, with an excellent balance between alcoholic strength, acidity, and tannins.
Complex and spicy flavors, reminiscent of black cherry, blueberry, blackberry, cinnamon, licorice, and black pepper.
A harmonious and refined wine, with great aging potential.
