Cold static decantation of the free-run must for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C in stainless steel tanks. Storage for 3 months at 8°C in stainless steel, followed by organic clarification, plate filtration, and bottling.
VISUAL: Crystal-clear, straw yellow, fairly consistent.
OLFACTORY: Intense, fairly persistent, and refined. Delicate floral notes blend with subtle aromas of fresh fruit, such as green apple, pineapple, and yellow peach.
Dry, moderately warm, fairly fresh, and well-structured, with notes of apple, pear, and yellow peach. Savory, with long persistence, well-balanced, and harmonious. A very delicate wine with pronounced minerality and savoriness.
